Where are Investor funds held?

LendingStar does not take any deposits directly.

Investor funds are placed in special escrow account held at RHB Bank Berhad and managed by TMF Trustees Malaysia Berhad. 

Each Investor holds a dedicated client's analytical account. 

There is no right of offset against any balance sheet obligations or any charges against LendingStar. At no point do investor funds flow into any of LendingStar’s own bank accounts. LendingStar has no authorities to transfer any funds from Investor designated account. LendingStar transfers electronic orders to TMF Trustees Malaysia Berhad to authorise funds movement from Investor accounts to the the Investor's authorised account when Investor request for withdrawal and account of a Business/Invoice Seller company when Projects successfully funded on the LendingStar marketplace.
